The simple terms that apply when you ask for a quote or approve a project with SitePlaners.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to engineering, drafting and related services provided by Site Planers LLC (“SitePlaners”, “we”, “us”) through siteplaners.com. By requesting a quote or approving a proposal you agree to these Terms.
Quotes are free and describe the scope, fixed price and estimated delivery date. Work begins only after you approve the quote. Work outside the approved scope is quoted separately.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, measurements, photos and documents you give us. Drawings are prepared from that information; field verification is the responsibility of the client and contractor unless a site visit is included in the scope.
Where a seal is required, drawings and calculations are sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state where the project will be built. The sealing engineer reviews and takes responsibility for the sealed documents. We do not seal documents we have not reviewed.
Building departments make the final decision on permits. We prepare documents to the adopted code and respond to plan-check comments on the approved scope, but we cannot guarantee approval timing or outcomes that depend on the reviewing authority.
Revisions needed to address plan-check comments on the approved scope are included. Changes in design, scope or site conditions requested after approval are quoted as additional work.
Payment terms are stated in your quote. Sealed final documents are released on receipt of payment. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Delivered documents are for the single project and address described in the quote. They may not be reused for another site or project without our written consent.
Your plans and project information are used only for your project and are not shared or reused. NDAs are available for firms on request.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for construction work, contractor performance or use of the documents beyond their stated purpose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact page.
Tell us about your project and upload any plans, sketches or photos you have. An engineer reviews every request personally and replies with a clear scope, price and delivery date – typically within 5 to 10 minutes.
