As Founder, Zeeshan oversees the overall direction and operations of the company, ensuring that every client engagement meets the firm's core standards of responsiveness, accuracy, timely delivery, and quality. He works closely with the firm's licensed engineering team to deliver permit-ready solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.

Baltu Yorkos is the Lead Professional Engineer at Site Planers LLC, bringing deep expertise in MEP systems, energy consulting, and building commissioning. As a licensed PE with LEED AP and CxA credentials, Baltu leads the engineering team in delivering permit-ready plans that are accurate, code-compliant, and built to last.

Under his technical leadership, Site Planers serves all five boroughs of New York City — Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island — on residential and commercial projects of all scales.

With more than 16 years of experience, Maricela is a driving force at Site Planers LLC. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, she built a reputation for delivering innovative, practical, and efficient engineering solutions across a broad range of project types.

Her portfolio spans healthcare, education (K-12 and higher education), municipal facilities, corporate campuses, residential developments, and retail projects — from small facilities to those exceeding one million square feet. Maricela is known for her hands-on approach and her ability to balance quality, timelines, and budgets for every client.
