From your first message to a sealed set: four steps, one team, fixed price. Here is exactly what happens and what we need from you.

Simple on your side. Thorough on ours.
Use the quote form, live chat, phone or email. Tell us the address, what you want to build and attach anything you have: photos, sketches, old plans or the city's comment letter. No drawings? No problem - most projects start from photos and measurements.
An engineer reads your request and replies in 5-10 minutes on average with the scope, a fixed price and a delivery date. Ask as many questions as you like. Nothing starts until you say go.
Your project is drawn in CAD, engineered to the code your jurisdiction has adopted and checked by a second set of eyes. You can ask for progress updates in live chat at any time.
Sealed and stamped by an engineer licensed in your state where required. You receive PDFs ready to upload to your permit portal or print, and CAD files on request.
The more you send, the more exact your quote – but a few lines and a photo are enough to begin. We will tell you if anything else is needed.
Delivery is not the end of our job – approval is.
If the reviewer asks for changes, send us the letter. We revise and respond until approval.
Builders can contact us directly with questions about the drawings.
PDF sets, and CAD files on request, stay yours.
Your plans and details are never shared or reused.
It depends on the project. Small items such as beam calcs or structural letters are often delivered in a few business days; full plan sets take longer. Every quote includes a firm delivery date.
You approve the fixed price first. Payment terms are explained in your quote – nothing is drawn until you approve.
Where a seal is required, drawings are sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the project’s state. If you are unsure whether you need a seal, ask us – we check for you.
Revisions for plan-check comments on the scope we prepared are included. Changes to the design itself are quoted separately.
Yes. Live chat, phone and email connect you with the team working on your plans, not a call center.
Tell us about your project and upload any plans, sketches or photos you have. An engineer reviews every request personally and replies with a clear scope, price and delivery date – typically within 5 to 10 minutes.
