This was a renovation of a 100 year old Brooklyn Townhouse. The interiors were in disrepair and needed a major remodel. The scope of work involved a complete gut renovation.We designed heating and cooling VRF system for the entire building. We eliminated the original radiators and used the VRF system for heating. This approach saved tremendous amount of money for the Client. Aesthetically pleasing indoor units installed to compliment the architecture.
